The Rogresso Medicos and Scientist Forum (PMSF) expressed great disappointment and surprise at Prime Minister Modi's address to the nation broadcast on Thursday and criticized the Prime Minister's announcement of the 'Janata Curfew' on Sunday. In a statement to PMSF's national convenor, Dr Harjit Bhatti, said he was surprised at the announcement of the 'Janata Curfew' and was unable to understand how it could prevent the disease.

His statement says, "How can one practice endurance? By avoiding the crowds, you do not do yourself justice by not leaving the house, nor with your family, before giving the Prime Minister such advice that it should be kept in mind that ninety percent of India's employees are in the unorganized sector. Work and they do not have the luxury of sitting at home. For them, daily work is essential to their lives. "

He said that the Prime Minister should have made at least the following announcements.

• Poor families whose financial accounts should be financed so that they can stay in their homes.
• Provide free rations to the poor and should be used by the Food Corporation of India.
• Advising people to abstain from rumors, the prime minister should say that he should completely ignore that corona can be cured by drinking cow's urine or applying cow dung.

The PMSF statement said that the Prime Minister did not highlight the arrangements made by the government. The PMSF has also raised questions about ICMR claims. "The number of samples taken by ICMR is very small and this number cannot prove that the corona virus has not spread to the community," the statement said.

LeT has asked people to desist from supporting any pro Indian political party of Jammu and Kashmir and has warned village heads of dire consequences in case they don’t abdicate their posts.

"People who support the present ‘oppressive regime’ and those who favour National Conference, Peoples Democratic Party, Congress or BJP and intend to participate in electoral process are hereby strictly warned of dire consequences in case they continue to support or vote political parties,” handwritten posters in Urdu of LeT pasted in parts of Jammu and Kashmir’s summer capital Srinagar warned.

The posters, appearing at many walls and electric poles in Habakadal, Kharyar, Gowkadal and Basant Bagh area of Srinagar City on Thursday threatened, "we will put any such person to death who vote and support any political party.”

Warning village heads and district presidents of pro India political parties to relinquish their posts or face dire consequences, the posters asked them to announce their resignation during Friday prayers and through newspapers.
 
The posters have names of district commander LeT Nawab Ghaznavi and another commander Yaseen Kashmiri written on them.
 
"We are investigating the matter and it is too premature to say whether these posters are genuine or just a prank," a senior police said on condition of anonymity.

He added Police are looking into the matter. Similar posters have also appeared in different parts of Kashmir including Shupain, Tral and Varmul towns. 

Ruling National Conference said such posters were nothing new in Kashmir as "we have seen this phenomenon in the past as well".

Opposition PDP chief spokesman Nayeem Akhtar said the truth about the posters must come out and police should verify the facts.

Senior Congress leader and former minister Abdul Gani Vakil said it is the duty of the police to investigate the matter.

Vesu (Kulgam), Apr 17: The Hurriyat Conference (G) Chairman Syed Ali Geelani Sunday reiterated that the Kashmiri migrant Pandits were an inseparable part of his body and made a passionate appeal to them to return to their homeland and live in harmony with the Muslim brothers and sisters, reports KHALID GUL in Greater Kashmir.

 Addressing a gathering of Kashmiri Pandits at Migrant Pandit’s colony in this south Kashmir district, Geelani assured them of complete protection if they return “You are a part of our body. I assure you that you will be fully protected. We will make sure that no harm is done to your lives and property,” Geelani told the Pandits.

He rejected the idea of setting up “safety zones” for them. “This gives a sense of divide between the Muslims and the Hindus,” Geelani said. “When I was released after two years from jail in 1992, I made it clear that the Pandit brothers are a part of our great heritage and we have to live in coexistence under all circumstances. I reject the idea of creating safe zones for the Pandit community. This gives a sense of divide between the two communities.”

Geelani told the gathering that “you must appeal to the government to allow you to return to your original places in villages, towns and cities. We have centuries old traditions of sharing each others’ joys and sorrows. Those traditions are dear to us and have to be reestablished. We have to strengthen our bonds.”

Geelani alleged that it is the state government that, for its own interest, wants to divide the Kashmiri nation on the basis of religion. “The divide and rule is its well thought out policy. I don’t want you to put up in the separate colonies in the name of safe zones where your privacy is at stake. With the help of God and on behalf of the 90 percent Muslim majority in Kashmir, I assure you that your temples, lives, property and honor would be protected by us as you return to your original homes,” he told the members of the Pandit community. “You are not the migrants but the real citizens of this land. None of you will face any harm from your Muslim brothers. I assure you that.”

Referring to Holy Quran, Geelani said: “Allah does not discriminate between human beings on the basis of religion, caste, color, creed, wealth or poverty, rural or urban origin. Every individual is a human being first and the caste is only for his identification. To be a good human being one must have a good character,” Geelani said.

Asserting that the freedom struggle of Kashmir was based on principles, Geelani said: “Our fight with India is not because it is a Hindu majority country. It is the battle of principles. We are fighting for our rights and the promises that were made to us must be kept.”

He said peace cannot be achieved at gunpoint, but had to be established through justice alone.
 “On one hand government talks of peace and at the same time books minors under the Public Safety Act and detains them in Jammu jails,” he said

He said the people of Kashmir are not being provided a space to even peacefully raise their voice against “the state oppression.” “Since 2010 I have been confined to my house by the police and it has been only last Friday that I was allowed to offer Friday prayers in a local Masjid,” Geelani said.

He said history was testimony to the fact that truth has always prevailed in its battle with might. He urged the Pandit community to feel the pain of their Muslim brethren.

“Our peaceful protests are showered with bullets. The forces do not even spare 10-year-old.  We are not carrying weapons in our hands but are peacefully demanding our rights like India did when it was under the British occupation,” Geelani said. “The troops have occupied more than 28 lakh kanals of land including that of forests in Kashmir which is not only the property of Kashmiri Muslims but Pandits too. Our natural resources are being exploited. The government and the forces are looting the green gold.  The power that we generate is being sold outside while we are being denied even our own share.”

Geelani said that even the temples are now in the custody of non-state subjects instead of the Kashmiri Pandits.

Earlier, National Youth president of Lok Jan Shakti Party (LJP) and the patron of the Kashmir Pandit Amity Council, Sanjay Saraf accorded a warm welcome to the veteran leader.

“Geelani sahib is the only leader who always advocates return of Kashmiri Pandits. The Pandits who are here have not returned on the assurances of state government but only because of the assurance of Geelani sahib and majority community,” Saraf said.

Taking out a leaf from the Mahabharata, Geelani narrated the famous conversation between Arjuna and Lord Krishna when Pandavas were taking on the Kaurvas.

 “When Arjuna faltered in the fight against Kaurvas, Maharaj Krishna told him that it was a battle based on principles. You have to fight even own brothers for principles,” Geelani said while asserting that his struggle was based on principles.

When Geelani left the camp, the villagers gathered around him shouting pro-freedom slogans and forced him to lead the Zuhar prayers in the local Jamia. After the prayers Geelani addressed the people outside the mosque too.

Later, Syed Ali Shah Geelani visited another migrant camp at Mattan in Islamabad (Anantnag) district where he too was accorded a warm welcome. He interacted with many Pandit youth and assured them full protection.

Geelani also visited the houses of some of the youth of Islamabad (Anantnag) town who were killed in the last year’s summer unrest. He visited the houses of Sujat-ul-Islam, Ishtiyaq Ahmad Khanday, Irshad Ahmad Latoo, Irshad Parray, Noor-ul-Amin Dagga, Bilal Najar and Rajoo Nath. Moulana Showkat's murder case solved: J&K Police

Srinagar: April 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Saturday claimed that the murder case of Jamait-e Ahli Hadith president, Moualana Showkat has been cracked by arresting three militants of  Tehreek-ul- Mujahideen.

Inspector General Police, Kashmir, SM Sahai told a news conference that police have arrested Javed Ahmad, Nisar Ahmad Khan and Abdul Gani Dar on charges of Maulana's murder.

The IGP said that it was Nisar Ahmad who triggered the low intensity Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in uptown Maisuma which killed Maulana Showkat.

Two hundred thousands of people held a forceful demonstration in Srinagar

Srinagar, April 15 (Writer-South Asia): In disputed state of  Kashmir,  2 hundred thousands of people held a forceful demonstration in Srinagar, today, to condemn the murder of leading Kashmiri religious scholar, Maulana Showkat Ahmad Shah, who was martyred in a blast in Srinagar, last Friday, reports Kashmir Media Watch.

Those who participated in the protest included the APHC Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Muhammad Yasin Malik, Sheikh Muhammad Hasan, Agha Syed Hassan Almoosvi, Maulana Abbas Ansari, Nayeem Ahmad Khan, Ghulam Rasool Malik, Javed Ahmad Mir, Hakim Abdur Rasheed and Maulana Ghulam Rasool Noori.

Srinagar, Apr 13: Ram Navmi was Tuesday celebrated with fervor and enthusiasm at Shri Ram Ji Mandir at Barbar Shah in the City while later the devotees carried out a procession which culminated at Lal Chowk.

The Hindu Welfare Society of Kashmir organized the nine daylong celebrations at the Mandir.
 “The welfare society also organized a special Puja Havan (Maha Yagiya) as mark of the birthday of Lord Shri Ram Ji. This nocturnal Puja started at 8:00 PM and continued till afternoon at 2:00 PM,” said Publicity Secretary and Spokesman of  Hindu Welfare Society Kashmir, Chuni Lal adding that the Puja was started by Kashinath of Achan Pulwama, Pandit AK Bhat and others.

Hundreds and thousands of devotees thronged the Mandir, where they recited Hindu Bhajans and prayed for peace and prosperity.
 

Later, the devotees carried out a procession. Dancing and chanting sermons, the devotees marched towards Lal Chowk, where the procession culminated.

Giving details about the celebrations Chuni Lal said: “Ram Navami is a celebration of nine days, which starts from 1st Navratra.”
 He said during the festival the devotees don’t eat any non vegetarian stuff.
 “During these days we never every eat non – vegetarian stuff like eggs, meat, fish etc,” he added.

BJP will talk to separatists: Rajnath Singh

Jammu, April 12: Senior BJP leader Rajnath Singh Monday said his party had no reservations about talking to different shades of opinion in Jammu and Kashmir including Kashmiri separatists, reports Rissing Kashmir.

"We welcome all shades of opinion in Kashmir including the separatists for talks. But it will be within the ambit of the constitution," said Rajnath, who is in Jammu along with the BJP's J&K parliamentarian study group.

He said the group was not going to knock at the separatists' doors but would hear them if they came forward to talk.

The former BJP president, who is also the group's chairman, said the BJP did not have a vision document on Jammu Kashmir so far and the party leadership felt the need for having one to project it in the country and the Parliament. “We believe that genuine aspirations of the people of State should be taken into consideration if peace and prosperity has to prevail and we are here for that,” he said.

Rajnath said the group would hold discussions and take feedback from civil society members, bureaucrats, political and social organisations. "We will study the genesis of the people's problem and highlight them in the Parliament. The BJP has not formally invited any certain section of the society but those who want to meet us are welcome,” he said.

He said the group would conclude its Jammu visit on Wednesday and then leave for a two-day Srinagar tour. "The team will interact with people in the Ladakh region during its next visit,” he added.

Indian Muslims preach RSS values in Lucknow

Lucknow : Donning skull caps and armed with RSS literature, small groups of Muslims here are on a campaign to preach the values of the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh among members of their community. Under the banner of the Akhil Bharatiya Maha Sufi Sant Sewa Samiti (ABMSSSS), around 75 Muslims are on a door-to-door campaign to project “the spirit and values of RSS”, reports Islamic Voice, Bangalore. “You can call our exercise a campaign to link Muslims with the RSS, an organisation that has undertaken several rehabilitation programmes in the country,” says ABMSSSS president Mohammad Wahid Chisti. Chisti, an editor of an Urdu daily, said that like him, Muslims from different professional backgrounds were involved in the drive that started with RSS assistance. “Though most of those associated with the campaign are Muslim clerics, small traders, students and social activists are also involved,” he said. “Initially, we present an overview of RSS to the Muslims and then provide them the booklets. In our interaction, we emphasize the experiences shared by prominent personalities including Mahatma Gandhi, B.R. Ambedkar and Zakir Hussain about the Sangh,” said Chisti. RSS ‘pracharak’ Umesh Kumar said: “Involvement of Muslims has immensely helped us. Had we directly approached the Muslims, we would have faced difficulties.”

New Delhi-Digvijay Singh’s 4th January 2011 Press Conference finally proved that the Congress General Secretary indeed spoke to Hemant Karkare on 26/11-and that Karkare faced the threat to his life and limb-as well as to the security of his family-not from Pakistani terrorists or Indian Mujahideen activists but the motley group of Hindutva terrorists led by the RSS, reports The Milli Gazette.

This is hard fact. Here the question is not who conducted the 26/11 attack-the question is also not who killed Karkare-all these issues are related to a larger question-why was Hemant Karkare-the officer who exposed the true face of Hindutva Terrorism-killed on 26th November 2008, during an attack carried allegedly by Pakistani terrorists?

Third grade, communal officers manning the higher echelons of the Mumbai Police would have us believe that it was a freak accident-that Karkare happened to stand in the line of fire on that fateful date. Maybe-but when one realizes the enormity of what Karkare had unearthed-that most terror attacks in India have an RSS connection-one is forced to go beyond the `Maybees’ of the world.

No one can question that Karkare’s investigations could have led to the exoneration of the Batla House accused and other Muslim boys picked up from Azamgarh and other areas. It is possible that Karkare might have unearthed the RSS hand in all terror acts which took place between 26th July 2008 and 26th November 2008. So Karkare might have well sounded the death knell of RSS in India.

The RSS opposed the Indian Freedom Movement-its ideology and foot soldiers of related organizations were responsible for Mahatama Gandhi’s murder, and thousands of terror attacks (“riots”) against Muslims and OBC-Dalit Hindus in Bihar, Delhi and other parts of India. The RSS conducted an armed uprising against the Indian State right after 15th August 1947-an uprising targeted against the ideals of Nehruvian parliamentary democracy, the Ambedkarite liberal constitution and the general Left-of-Centre orientation of the Indian nation.

Jawahar Lal Nehru crushed the RSS uprising with an iron hand, often wielding a lathi personally against rampaging RSS mobs in Delhi.

Indira Gandhi came across several instances of RSS-sponsored terrorism-and acted firmly, applying the bulldozer to several illegal RSS structures all over India, including the one at the Benaras Hindu University (BHU). 

When Digvijay Singh exhorted Congressmen and women to wield the lathi against the RSS during the Burari AICC session, he was acting like a true Nehruvian. Only the RSS stood to gain from Karkare’s untimely death/murder. Let anyone who has guts or the balls to challenge this position come forward.

Rajdeep Sardesai interviewed Digvijay Singh on 4th January 2011 night in the CNN-IBN studio. Rajdeep openly took the RSS side, even accusing Digvijay Singh of ‘helping Pakistan’-do we need more proof of the fact that Rajdeep Sardesai and 90% of upper caste journalists are RSS agents?

In the CNN-IBN interview, Rajdeep openly said that Aziz Burney, the editor of Urdu Rashtriya Sahara, the most popular Urdu daily of India, should be ostracized for having written a book entitled “26/11: RSS Ka Shadyantra?”

So now an English journalist called Rajdeep Sardesai will ask for Aziz Burney to be ostracized? Why-because Burney dared question the official line? Now Rajdeep will decide what Aziz Burney and the Urdu media has to say?

The attack on Aziz Burney by Rajdeep is an attack on Urdu journalism. But there is a subtext to Rajdeep’s outrage. A few days after Karkare was murdered, I confronted Rajdeep at St. Xavier’s College during a peace meet. While interviewing Digvijay Singh, Rajdeep had said that ‘Karkare was his friend as well!’

When I confronted Rajdeep right after 26/11, he told me that he fully believed that Karkare was killed by the usual suspects: Kasab and others. When I reminded him of his duty as a journalist-that he should talk to people on the ground and look for alternative narratives on 26/11-Rajdeep told me that “I fully believe in Rakesh Maria’s version of 26/11. Rakesh Maria is an efficient officer.”

This Rakesh Maria heads the Mumbai ATS now-he was a sworn enemy of Karkare-he is a suspected Mossad agent and an officer who personally supervised the brutal 4th degree torture of Muslims in Mumbai.

Rajdeep has to decide whether he is Maria’s friend or Karkare’s-God’s terrible retribution awaits Rajdeep and his fellow travellers. Funny, that a recent article in Indian Express, written by some Pradeep Kaushal, mentions how Burney took my name in the book release function graced by Shri Digvijay Singh:

“The book is a collection of Burney’s writings in Rashtriya Sahara (Urdu), besides contributions from some ideological fellow-travellers, one of whom is Amareesh Mishra. “I have incorporated them because they reinforce what I feel,” Burney says. He says they are important because they have been authored by someone who is “Amaresh” and “Mishra” - in an obvious reference to the writer’s religious and caste identity”.

Pradeep Kaushal quotes me extensively: “Basically the RSS has lost control of the organisation it had created. In the form of (Narendra) Modi, this organisation has forged a nexus with Mossad, which is in league with the ISI, engaged in destruction… Do remember the remote control of many jihadi groups active in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Central Asia is in the hands of Mossad or CIA. Recently a group in Yemen was found to have been established by Mossad. Therefore, it is possible the terrorists who attacked Mumbai may have used Pakistan as their base, but they may have been drawn from different countries... At least one of them, it has been learnt, belonged to Mauritius. It is emerging now that a Saudi (being described as Maulana Bedi) may have gathered these Jihadis there and sent them here. It is essential to find out who provided money to him.”

This is what I wrote right after 26/11. Yes-I am a Brahmin-yes I am Hindu-a true Sanatani Hindu. And yes, I am supporting Digvijay Singh in his fight against the RSS. As an Indian, Sanatani Hindu and a Brahmin, I firmly believe that RSS is a bigger threat to India than all Pakistani terrorist organizations put together. RSS is in league with Mossad and Israel. Mossad is seeking India’s destruction. We have the support of millions of Sanatani Hindus who will crush the demon called RSS.

BJP, Kashmir and Article 370

Srinagar, Jan. 30: It is impossible to think of abrogation. It can’t be amended by taking recourse to the usual provision of amendment provided by the Constitution of India, article Zahoor Hussain Bhat in Rissing Kashmir.

At the time of partition of Indian Subcontinent, India was conceived as a federation of States. Upon the creation of the independent Dominion of India, the princely States of the erstwhile British India were offered the choice to join either the Dominion of India or the Dominion of Pakistan.

 A third alternative of remaining independent of the two Dominion was also offered by the Dominion Power. In case of Jammu and Kashmir the Maharaja of Kashmir signed the Instrument of Accession to the Dominion of India. Under this Instrument, he surrendered the jurisdiction of three subjects-Defence, External Affairs and Communications. This action of the Maharaja was endorsed by the premier Political Party of the State, National Conference. The accession of the State thus established and was given legal and constitutional validity and sanction by the incorporation of Article 370 in the Indian constitution which defined the State’s special relationship with India.

The State is yet to recover from 2010 shock that has consumed its economy and lives. Now the BJP desires to set the Valley on fire again. The plan to hoist tricolor at Lal Chowk by BJP Youth Wing Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha’s (BJYM) has already started a war of words with separatists, the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah sees it as an unnecessary provocation. Ironically BJYM Chief Anuraj Thakur said, “Tensions were created because of stone pelting incidents. Many soldiers of the country were wounded. Was there no tension then? We are hoisting the flag for national integration. We want Article 370 to go and Jammu and Kashmir to be fully integrated with India.” This clash is nothing but of egos.           

BJP may hoist the tricolor at the historic Lal Chowk but it is impossible to think of abrogation of Article 370. Article 370 can not be abrogated or amended by taking recourse to the amending provisions of the Constitution which apply to all the other states because Article 368 has a proviso that says no constitutional amendment “shall have effect in relation to the State of Jammu and Kashmir” unless applied by order of the President under Article 370. That requires first the concurrence of the State government and subsequent ratification by its Constituent Assembly.

Article 370 of the Constitution is reproduced for the readers;
370. Temporary Provisions with respect to the State of Jammu and Kashmir
(1) Notwithstanding anything in this Constitution.
(a) the provisions of article 238 shall not apply in relation to the State of Jammu and Kashmir;
(b) the power of Parliament to make laws for the said State shall be limited to;
(i) those matters in the Union list and the Concurrent list which, in consultation with the Government of the State, are declared by the President to correspond to matter specified in the Instrument of Accession governing the accession of the State to the Dominion of India as the matter with respect to which the Dominion Legislature may make laws for that State;
(ii) such other matters in the said lists, as, with the concurrence of the Government of the State, the President may by order specify.
Explanation: For the purpose of this article, the Government of the State means the person for the time being recognised by the Presidents the Maharaja of Jammu and Kashmir acting on the advice of the Council of Ministers for the time being in office under the Maharaja’s Proclamation dated the fifth day of March, 1948;
(c) the provisions of article 1 and of this article shall apply in relation to that State;
(d) such of the other provisions of this Constitution shall apply in relation to that State subjects to such exceptions and modifications as the President may by order specify:
Provided that no such order which relates to the matters specified in the Instrument of Accession of the State referred to in paragraph (i) of sub-clause (b) shall be issued except in consultation with the Government of the State:
Provided further that no such order which relates to matters other than those referred to in the last preceding proviso shall be issued except with the concurrence of that Government.
(2) If the concurrence of the Government of the State referred to in paragraph (ii) of sub-clause (b) of clause (1) or in the second proviso to sub-clause (d) of the clause be given before the Constituent Assembly for the purpose of framing the Constitution of the State is convened, it shall be placed before such Assembly for such decision as it may take thereon.
(3) Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing provisions of this article, the President may, by public notification, declare that this article shall cease to be operative or shall be operative only with such exceptions and modifications and from such date as he may specify:
Provided that the recommendation of the Constituent Assembly of the State referred to in clause (2) shall be necessary before the President issues such a notification.

A careful study of the text reveals six special provisions for Jammu and Kashmir:

First, it exempted the State totally from the provisions of the Constitution of India providing for the governance of the States. It was allowed to have own constitution within the Indian Union.

Second, Parliament’s legislative power over the State was restricted to three subjects defence, external affairs and communications. The President could extend to it other provisions of the Constitution to provide a constitutional framework if they related to the matters specified in the Instrument of Accession. For all this, only “consultation” with the State Government was required since the State had already accepted them in 1947 by the Instrument of Accession.

Third, if other “constitutional” provisions and other Union powers are to be extended to the State of Jammu and Kashmir the prior “concurrence” of the State Government was required.

The fourth feature is that even that concurrence alone did not suffice. It had to be ratified by the State’s Constituent Assembly. This is often overlooked. Article 370 (2) says clearly: “If the concurrence of the Government of the State be given before the constituent assembly for the purpose of framing the Constitution of the State is convened, it shall be place before such Assembly for such decision as it may take thereon.”
The fifth feature is that the State Government’s authority to give the “concurrence” lasts only the State’s Constituent Assembly is “convened”. It is an “interim” power. Once the Constituent Assembly met, the State Government can not give its own “concurrence”. Still less, after the Assembly met ad dispersed. Moreover, the President can not exercise his power to extend the Indian Constitution to Jammu and Kashmir indefinitely. The power has to stop at the point the State’s Constituent Assembly drafted the State’s Constitution and decided finally what additional subjects to confer on the Union and what other provisions of the Constitution of India it should get extended to the State rather than having their counterparts embodied in the State Constitution itself. Once the State’s Constituent Assembly has finalised the scheme and dispersed, the President’s extending powers ended completely.

The sixth special feature the last step in the process, is that Article 370 empowers the President to make an order abrogating or amending it. Sikhs seek explanation from BJP OPPOSE INDIAN FLAG HOISTING PLAN

Jammu, Jan 9: Various Sikh organizations on Sunday lashed out at the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP), for its proposed plan to hoist tricolor at Lal Chowk in Srinagar on January 26. These groups sought an explanation from the BJP for the alleged involvement of its cadres in “terrorist activities before going ahead with its plan”, reports Greater Kashmir.

Talking to the media persons here, chairman, J&K State Gurudwara Parbandak Board, Sudershan Singh Wazir accused the BJP and the RSS of raising  “hollow slogans” of “pseudo-nationalism.”

“The confessional statement of Swami Asimanand before a magistrate under section 164 of CrPC speaks volume about the anti-national activities of BJP, RSS and other wings all over the country. The Samjohta Express blast along with Makkah Masjid, Ajmer Sharief and Malegaon blasts organized by Inderesh Kumar, Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, Col Purhoit and Sunil Joshi among others exposes the real face of BJP and RSS,” Wazir remarked.

The Sikh leader, who is also the chairman of J&K Sikh United Front, alleged that all these blasts targeting a particular community and demolition of Babri Masjid clearly show the BJP and RSS strategy to hoodwink the “secular minded” Hindus of the country for their vested political interests.

 “The recent game plan of hoisting a tricolor on January 26 in Kashmir is a part of the strategy to keep the flame of hatred alive among the peace loving Kashmiris in particular and Muslims in general,” he maintained.

Wazir alleged that the BJP is going to harm the national interest as well as the interest of the three regions of the state. He warned the BJP of serious consequences in case prevailing peace in the stare is disturbed.

Avtar Singh Khalsa, president of the front condemned the “anti-national” activities of BJP and RSS and warned them to desist from their game plan of disturbing the peaceful atmosphere of the state by indulging in such type of activities.

The representatives of State Youth Akali Dal, Bhai Kanhiya Nishkam Sewa Society, AISSF and Nirwoh Nirveh Society also warned the BJP of dire consequences if the secular fabric of the country is weakened. RSS hooligans’ attempt to attack Gilani foiled

New Delhi, October 21: In New Delhi, the hooligans of extremist Hindu organization, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, made a failed attempt to attack veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani, at a seminar on Kashmir, today, reports Kashmir Media Service.

According to reports, when the veteran leader reached the venue of the seminar, the RSS people rushed to assault him.

However, their plan failed when a group of enthusiastic Kashmiri youth encircled Syed Ali Gilani and shielded him from attack. The incident was followed by forceful anti-India and pro-liberation slogans, which reverberated the seminar hall continuously for half an hour.

The event was organised by the Committee for the Release of Political Prisoners and those who spoke on the occasion included Syed Ali Gilani, Arundhati Roy, Professor Abdur Rehman, Professor Sujatha Rao, Najeeb Bukhari, Dr Sheikh Showkat Hussain, Varvara Rao and Dr N. Venu. The majority of speakers stressed the need for an early resolution of the Kashmir dispute while denouncing the human rights violations by Indian troops in the occupied territory.

Brahminists launch Hindu terrorism to establish Ram Rajya with zionist support

Bangalore: A Brahmin journalist in an article in the Deccan Herald, Bangalore (Nov.23, 2009), expressed serious “Hindu fears” that they have “begun to lose faith in the ability of the Indian state to secure rule of law”. He was criticising the Maharashtra police for arresting notorious Brahminical terrorists for a series of killings of Muslims.

The arrest was made by the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) chief, Hemant Karkare, also a Maharashtrian Brahmin, since killed in the famous Bombay terrorist attack of Nov. 26, 2008 (read the book, Who Killed Karkare? by S.M. Mushrif, Retd. IG of police, Maharashtra, copies of the book can be had from Dalit Voice office, Rs. 300).

Chitpavan leadership: Both the Maharashtra Govt. and the Union Govt. have been so far mum on the large-scale “Hindu terrorism” because they know those involved in all such heinous crimes that killed hundreds of Muslims (list given below) were mostly Maharashtrian Brahmins, that too the Chitpavan Brahmins. It was a Chitpavan Brahmin Nathuram Godse who killed the “father of the Hindu nation”, M.K. Gandhi.

When we inquired with the Maharashtra political leadership, they said the govt. was afraid of the Brahminical backlash — with the media totally in their hands.

What? The mighty govt. itself afraid of the mere 2% Brahminical people when Muslims, the victims of their terrorism, were 15%?

The clout of this class of people can be gauged from the utter helpless of even the Govt. of India though it was fully convinced of the crimes of such Brahmins. Has the govt. got the courage to punish Kalmadi, the notorious thug heading the Commonwealth Games, looting hundreds of crores of rupees?

Abhinav Bharat: Even the Prime Minister defended the fraudster because Kalmadi belonged to Pune, the stronghold of the Chitpavan Brahmins. Who can touch the founders of the Hindu terrorist, RSS, and now the super-RSS called Abhinav Bharat?

It was only the upright police officer, Karkare, who arrested the whole lot of the Brahmin terrorist troupe and put them in the jail. And to get Karkare killed the Bombay Terrorist attack of (2008) was staged. This is the thesis of the upright police officer, S.M. Mushrif, in his book, Who Killed Karkare? (2010, Rs. 300, pp.330, copies available with Dalit Voice) But this book was totally blacked out by the media which often screams about “freedom of the press”.

It took several years for the Govt. of India to admit the existence of Brahminical terrorism — though its security arms go out of the way to reel out all sorts of heinous story of crimes against Muslims.

Home Minister’s cover-up: Finally the Tamil Chettiar, Home Minister Chidambaram (Aug.25, 2010) vaguely hinted about the existence of “saffron terror”. He dare not say it is “Hindu terrorism” — not to speak of Brahminist terrorism.

Why Chidambaram was window dressing the Brahminical terrorism? The fact is the Govt. of India itself is under the mercy of this micro-minority Bhoodevatas who are above the govt. India’s political leadership, bureaucrats, security set-up, media and all those who matter in India, stylishly called “opinion-makers”, are all Brahminical — representing less than 15% of the upper caste rulers.

This is the problem — and the problem of India. To cover up these facts, the rulers are shouting and screaming about “Islamic terrorism” to divert public opinion with the help of their Brahminical media.

The Times of India (Aug.26, 2010), India’s principal Brahminical daily, reported all the anti-Muslim terrorist cases: Mecca Masjid (Hyderabad, May 18, 2007), Ajmer, (Oct.1, 2007), Malegaon (Maharashtra-Sept.18, 2006); Madasa (Gujarat and the one in Goa.

Super RSS named: All these cases are with the police, but completely controlled by the Intelligence Bureau. In all these cases the police have named the culprit, the Brahminical super RSS, Abhinav Bharat.

There are many more cases but the Brahminist power controlling the police and the Govt. — nay the country itself — are trying to suppress everything. The Times earlier (June 23, 2010) listed the following 11 cases of Hindu terrorism and also said all these are linked to Abhinav Bharat.

Oct.16, 2009: A bomb went of in Margao, Goa, while it was being transported to target site killing two persons carrying the bomb. NIA charge-sheeted 11 people, members of the Hindu right wing group, Sanatan Sanstha.

April 4, 2009: A bomb planted in a Beed mosque went off. Ashok Lande (21), Mayur Lande (20) and Tulsidas (Lande 17), arrested for making and planting bomb.

Sept.29, 2008: RDX bomb blast in Malegaon. Six killed, 101 injured. Eleven members of Abhinav Bharat and Vande Mataram Jan Kalyan Samiti arrested.

Aug.24, 2008: Two Bajrang Dal members, Rajiv alias Piyush Mishra and Bhupinder Singh, killed inside a hostel room while making a bomb in Kanpur, UP.

March 2008: A bomb went off at a Panvel cinema. Six persons, two of then Sanatan Sanstha members, arrested.

June 4, 2008: Six persons, two of them Sanatan sanstha members, arrested for planting a bomb at Thane’s Gadkari Rangayatan.

Oct.11, 2007: Blast at Ajmer shrine. Three killed.

May 18, 2007: Mecca Masjid blast in Hyderabad. Nine killed, more than 58 injured. Two RSS members arrested.
2006: Dr. Hemant Chalke and Mangesh Nikam involved in Ratnagiri blast.

Aug.2004: Two Bajrang Dal members threw a bomb at Jalna’s Qadriya mosque during Friday prayers. Four Bajrang Dal members arrested.

Aug.27, 2004: Bomb blast at Porna’s Madrassa Meraj-ul-Uloom. Four Bajrang Dal members were arrested.

It is very difficult to get at the truth in India — that too when Brahminists are the perpetrators of the crime.

Lt. Col. Purohit as chief villain: Who are the top criminals involved in the series of killings of Muslims? The Times (Jan.23, 2009) gave their names and their detailed descriptions and background. Topping the list is the arch villain, the Pune Chitpavan Brahmin, Lt. Col. Prasad Shrikant Purohit (37), who is a serving army officer — still not dismissed despite the tons of crimes he committed.

No courage to prosecute culprits: A dozen of the Brahminist “terrorists” are arrested. Earlier, they were in Bombay’s Arthur Rd. Jail but later transferred to Nasik. Startling facts of their crimes have been revealed but the govt. has no courage to punish them — though several years have passed.

Look at the strength and influence of this micro-minority 2% Brahminical people.

Reports say Col. Purohit secured RDX explosives from the Army itself. That means he has a large number of jatwala sympathisers at the top level in the Army. RDX is available only with the military. He travelled to the world’s sole arch- racist state of Israel which gladly gave him lavish response because he represented the “Jews of India”. Funds, arms and ammunitions were given in plenty.

Jews & “Jews of India”: How accurate is the DV theory that the Jews and the “Jews of India” are brothers. Can we get a better proof than this axis of two killer gangs? In the Malegaon case, the police disclosed the involvement of Himani Savarkar, niece of the notorious Chitpavan Brahmin, Nathuram Godse, who killed Gandhi, and daughter-in-law of Narayan Savarkar, the brother of the so-called Veer Savarkar. The “Brahminical terrorism” is so all-powerful that the police have no courage to disclose anything about Himani.

Who killed Karkare?: The entire credit for catching all these criminals parading as Hindu heroes, goes to Hemant Karkare, ATS chief. That is why he was mysteriously shot dead in the Bombay terrorist attack. Again everything was hushed up. Why? Mushrif has answered the question.

RSS surrender to AB: Reports said the widow of Karkare was offered Rs. 1 crore by the Brahminical criminals who plotted the Karkare murder so that she would keep her mouth shut. The Abhinav Bharat (AB) has become more powerful than the hydra-headed RSS serpent. It has now branches all over India. There were reports that it would finish off the RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, also a Chitpavan Brahmin, if he were to go against the AB dictates. The RSS has simply surrendered to AB. The famous Ram Sene headed by Pramod Mutalik, which created havoc in Karnataka and made the ruling Brahmana Jati Party (BJP) so unpopular even among the upper castes, is part of the AB. RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) has been simply silenced and dwarfed.

Brahmins losing faith in Indian state: Coming back to the subject of Deccan Herald article that “Hindus are losing faith in the Indian state”, we are at a loss to understand how the very ruling class lording over India and its 1,300 million population for thousands of years is “losing faith in the Indian state”. Every Prime Minister, whoever he is or whichever party he belongs, is a puppet in their hands. They not only run the govt., control its finances but govern the country’s very value system.

Not one person in India, not even its PM, has the courage to criticise this ruling class. And yet the rulers are “losing faith in the Indian state”. What is the meaning of this?

Wanted: rule of Manu: We met some hard-core Brahmins and sought their reaction to the DH article. They frankly confessed that they would not be happy until they established the Brahminical dictatorship over the Aryavarta as envisaged in the Manu Dharma Sastra.

He was the founder and one of the chief fund-raisers of the Pune-based organisation, Abhinav Bharat. He is also accused of procuring the RDX that was used in the blast. (He was arrested on Nov.5, 2008).

(2). Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur (38): Her bike was used to plant the bomb in Malegaon, and she is accused of engineering the blast. She has a Masters in History, and became a sadhvi in Jan.2007. (She was arrested on Oct.23).

(3). Rakesh Dhawde (35): Dhawde, an arms expert, has been booked for four previous bomb blast cases. He provided the required weapon training and supplied arms to Purohit. (He was arrested on Nov.2, 2008).

(4). Swami Dayanand Pandey alias Shankar Acharya alias Sukhakar Dwuvedi (40): He can be seen as the key point man and is said to have been present at the meetings held in Bhopal, Pune and Faridabad before the Malegaon blasts. He is also accused of conducting meetings with the other accused. Prior to his arrest, he ran two ashrams in Kanpur and Jammu and Kashmir. (He was arrested on Nov.14, 2008).

(5). Retd. Maj. Ramesh Upadhyaya (64): A resident of Akurdi, Pune, he worked with the military’s intelligence unit, and is suspected to have provided the training required for procuring and assembling the bombs. (He was arrested on Oct.28, 2008).

(6). Ajay Rahrikar (39): He was the treasurer of the Abhinav Bharat, and a part of the fund-raisers group. He paid Rs. 2.5 lakh to Swami Dayanand Pandey prior to the blast. (He was arrested on Nov.2, 2008).

(7). Jagdish Mhatre (40): A habitual criminal and an accused in a murder and an extortion case in Kalyan and Thane, he is believed to have paid Dhawde for the weapons. (He was arrested on Nov.2, 2008).

(8). Sameer Kulkarni (32): A former member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidhyarthi Parishad (ABVP), he was employed at a printing press. He is suspected to have supplied the chemicals used in the bomb. (He was arrested on Oct.28, 2008).

(9). Sudhakar Chaturvedi (37): Originally a resident of Mirzapur in UP, Chaturvedi was picked up from Deolali where he stayed in a rented room. He is accused of conspiracy; the bomb was assembled in his house. (He was arrested on Nov.4, 2008).

(10). Sham Bhanwarlal Sahu (42): He is suspected to be one of the bomb planters. A commerce graduate from Christian College in Indore, Sahu has a mobile phone shop and also acted as a realty broker. He is also accused of abetting the blasts and conspiracy. (He was arrested on Oct.23, 2008).

(11). Shivnarayan Kalsangra Singh (36): A BSc graduate, Singh is seen as a “mechanical and electrical” expert by the ATS. He is suspected to have assembled the timer device while making the bomb. (He was arrested on Oct.23, 2008).

26/11 मुंबई करकरे की हत्या की साजिश दलील: उच्च न्यायालय के मुद्दों नोटिस

पटना, 21 August:  बंबई उच्च न्यायालय में आज एक उच्च स्तरीय 2008 में मुंबई में 26/11 आतंकी हमले के दौरान जांच की मांग महाराष्ट्र एटीएस के प्रमुख हेमंत करकरे और दो अन्य उच्च पुलिस अधिकारियों की हत्या में याचिका पर केन्द्र और राज्य सरकार नोटिस जारी किया, reports MG.

 
अनुभवी मधेपुरा से बिहार, राधाकांत यादव में समाजवादी और तीन बार विधायक, 6 अगस्त को उच्च न्यायालय से संपर्क किया था. अदालत ने उसकी याचिका पर जारी किए सुना और उन्हें चार हफ्तों के भीतर की हत्या में एक सक्षम प्राधिकारी के लिए याचिकाकर्ता की मांग का जवाब करने के लिए पूछ रही सरकारों को नोटिस.

करने के लिए अदालत की सूचना के बाद जल्द ही बात कर रहे TCN, राधाकांत यादव ने कहा कि वह अदालत से आग्रह किया कि सीबीआई या किसी अन्य एजेंसी है कि अदालत के काम के लिए ठीक समझे तरह एक सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जांच का आदेश. वह अपने कहना है कि करकरे की हत्या के कुछ और अधिक से अधिक नेत्र को पूरा किया है दोहराया.

करकरे हिंदुत्व आतंकवादियों और आतंकवादी संगठनों देश में कुछ आतंक हमलों वह उजागर किया गया था जिनकी भूमिका के लिए एक जाला बन गया था. मुंबई हमले वह 2008 के मालेगांव विस्फोट में हिंदुत्ववादी आतंकवादियों के हाथ उजागर किया था पहले सप्ताह था और साध्वी प्रज्ञा सिंह ठाकुर, कर्नल पुरोहित और अन्य लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया. उन्होंने जांच के लिए धमकी दी थी और पाकिस्तानी आतंकवादियों वह रहस्यमय परिस्थितियों में मारा गया था द्वारा मुंबई हमले के दौरान.

न्यायमूर्ति बी सुदर्शन रेड्डी और न्यायमूर्ति सुरिन्दर सिंह Nijjar की पीठ 12 मई को यादव की जनहित याचिका को अस्वीकार कर दिया था लेकिन उसे करने के लिए उच्च न्यायालय ले जाने की छूट दे दी है. (TwoCircles)

Reservations must for Dalit Muslims & Dalit Christians: NCM Study

NEW DELHI – December, 15: – An independent research study commissioned by the National Commission for Minorities finds that there is a strong case for offering Dalit Muslims and Dalit Christians the same constitutional safeguards already available to Hindu, Sikh and Buddhist Dalits. After a comprehensive survey of the available social scientific literature on the status of Muslim and Christian Dalits, the study concludes that they continue to be subjected to discriminatory and exclusionary practices, including untouchability, even though such prejudice receives no doctrinal support in either Islam or Christianity. However, the forms and intensity of the social humiliation they suffer differ from those faced by their counterparts in other religions.

The study was conducted by Professor Satish Despande of the Sociology Department, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi over an eight month period. The study breaks new ground in analysing the latest available statistical data from the National Sample Survey Organisation's 61st Round survey of 2004-05. The data shows that Muslim Dalits are generally the worst off among all Dalits by most economic and educational criteria. Christian Dalits, too, lag far behind non-Dalit and specially upper caste Christians.

Despite their small population and hence relatively low representation in the sample survey, the data unambiguously establish the backwardness of Muslim and Christian Dalits by the common criteria of human development. In fact, the statistical analysis demonstrates that religious affiliation makes no difference for the poorest 75% of all Dalits, with only the top 25% showing some differentiation.

This study is specially relevant in the context of the judiciary's frequent demand for objective evidence when deciding petitions seeking extension of constitutional protections to Muslim and Christian Dalits. It makes it amply clear that there are no good reasons – moral, logical, empirical or practical to keep Muslim and Christian Dalits out ofthe Scheduled Castes category. (Writer-South Asia)

Sadhvi and associates had Israel’s backing: Historian Amrish Mishra

Mumbai (India) : The candid journalist and renowned historian of India Mr. Amrish Mishra, expressed his displeasure over the withdrawal of the mcoca from Sadhvi Pragya and her associates in connection with Malegaon bomb blasts.

He said that it is regretting to note that our anti-terrorism squad (ATS) does not belong to India but it has deep roots with Israel.

He spoke to Siasat’s reporter Mr. Ather Moin from Delhi over phone and said that after the 26/11 incident in Mumbai where ATS officers including the brave Hemant Karkare, salined and in his place Mr. Raghuvanshi was appointed as the chief of ATS, it was a signal that very soon, the culprits who were on the suspect list of late Karkare, would get relief.

And it happened in the form of withdrawal of mcoca. Whatever inquiries done by late Karkare, showed that Sadhvi Pragya and her other associates affiliated Abhinav Bharat, had planned to convert India into a complete Hindu Rashtra by 2024. To gain their target, they, hands in glove with Israel, conducted bomb blasts at various places.

According to Mr. Mishra, in the charge sheet against Sadhvi Pragya, col. Purohit, swami Dayananad Pandey, Sudhakar Chaturvedi and Ramesh Upadhyay, it was not clarified that they were planning to convert India into a complete Hindu Rashtra by 2024.

As the points finalized by the investigations of late Hemant Karkare and Vijay Salaskar, could not have neglected totally, they were mentioned nominally in the charge sheet.

He asked a very relevant questions that why the series of bomb blasts were abruptly stopped after the arrest of Sadhvi & company?

The Muslim youths of Hyderabad, who were arrested in connection with twin bomb blast in the city, had proved their innocence and court has acquitted them but no action was taken against the faulty and communally biased police officers that had purposely indicted the Muslim youths.
