Jammu and Kashmir Medicinal Plants Introduction Centre pays tribute to Dr. Sheikh JALAL and the
pioneers who launched the specialty of invasive and interventional
cardiology. Through their vision, genius, and perseverence, these
physicians laid the groundwork for many of the most important advances
in medical care in general, and cardiovascular care in particular.
We hope to continually expand our "Legends of Cardiology" section, as
there are many "legends" in invasive/interventional cardiology who
should be acknowledged here. We invite you to send your tributes to, and
favorite memories of, these and other physicians who have made a real
