Large number of Muslims join BJP

Much before the five Indian states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattis-garh, Delhi, Rajasthan and Mizoram had gone to the polls in November-December, pollsters had been predicting at least one thing with certainty – that the incumbent Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan was set for a record third term in the state Assembly. The election results announced on December 8, that anointed Shri Chouhan yet again as the ruler of the central Indian state, therefore, were no surprise at all as far as Madhya Pradesh was concerned.

A lot many bouquets have been handed to Shri Chouhan since then for achieving a laudable feat for the Bharatiya Janata Party. Several reasons have been cited for the stupendous performance of the party in the state, which won 165 seats out of a total 230, making its tally higher than the 143 in 2008 election.

An important reason for his victory, which has unfortunately not been lauded enough in as many words on innumerable panel discussions, has been his genuine, honest connect with the grass roots, the absence of which has sent the country’s oldest party Congress hiding for cover since December 8.
Shri Chouhan’s one-on-one connect with his voters has created a mass appeal over the years in his favour, and it helped him in routing the Opposition Congress and virtually reducing it to a non-entity in MP.

And, his image of a humble, modest and low-profile Chief Minister for more than eight years reflected in his first address after the victory, when he said, “This victory is a victory of BJP’s ideology, victory of the organisation and victory of all the party workers, who have dedicated themselves for the cause, without ever caring for their names to be known in public. I’m neither a raja nor a sadhak, but just a party worker and a sevak of BJP who has tried to do his duty with honesty.”

The huge margin with which the BJP won, even surpassing 2008 figure can only be compared with the victory gained by Uma Bharati-led BJP in 2003. But even after that Shri Chouhan displayed not an iota of pride or arrogance, and instead said, “Any ordinary party worker in my position would have won,” while thanking all – from senior citizens to mothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, etc.
Giving a jolt to the Congress, which was expecting to end its 10-year long exile under the leadership of Jyotiraditya Scindia, the BJP won 165 seats in the 230-member House, whereas the Congress managed to win only 58 seats, and others seven, including the Bahujan Samaj Party winning five seats.

Shri Chouhan who won from his traditional Budhni seat by 84,805 votes, played a master strategist by contesting from Vidisha seat as well and winning it by 16,966 votes. He played the master stroke to retain the seat in favour of the BJP as it originally belonged to former Finance Minister Raghavji, who was sacked on charges of sodomy.

With his mass appeal and connecting to almost each and every voter of his area, veteran BJP leader and Urban Administration minister Babulal Gaur recorded a tenth consecutive victory from Govindpura by 70,644 votes by creating a record of the sorts.

Though due to Shri Chouhan’s clean and secular image, the BJP won seats in Muslim-dominated regions like Burhanpur but the Muslim-dominated Bhopal (North) seat was won by Congress heavy-weight Arif Aqueel defeating the only Muslim BJP candidate Arif Baig. “But, it can’t be denied that a considerable number of Muslim voters across MP voted in favour of BJP, as many Muslim girls from economically weaker section had been beneficiaries of Shri Chouhan’s much-lauded Kanyadaan Yojna,” observes Umesh Chandra, who has been closely analysing the state elections.

“Pro-incumbency followed by Shri Chouhan’s welfare schemes, pro-poor image, over-whelming popularity among women voters, good governance and leadership helped in increasing its winning margin and may ultimately wipe out the divided Congress in MP,” an expert said.

Mincing no words, Shri Chouhan gave a clarion call to party workers and appealed to voters that under the leadership of its Prime-Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi time had arrived to work hard to ensure the formation of a BJP-led government at the Centre in 2014. “Madhya Pradesh will ensure maximum number of MPs for this mission,” Shri Chouhan added.(Orgniser)

Shilajit minerals

It makes body as strong as a ROCK. Shilajit is said to be the secret of troble free long life of saints in Himalaya. Shilajit has been used as a strong aphrodisiac for men and women since ancient times in Himalayan states.

Shilajit is a well known Ayurvedic medicine used by men since ages and it acts mainly as a “Rejuvenator” and provides vitality and stamina in the body. Popular as a natural aphrodisiac, this product is extracted from the decomposition of hundreds of unknown and untouched herbs of the Himalayan mountain ranges. Due to the heat in summer these products exudates through the cracks and crevices of the mountain rocks. The chemical composition of this product is still obscure. Studies reveal that Shilajit contains about eighty five minerals and other important acids like humic acid and fulvic acid. This rare composition is only found in the Kashmir Himalayas. Shilajit instills vigor in men to remain young for a long time and enjoy life to the fullest.

The only "side effects" are benefits. Some women don't actually enjoy the increased sexual drive that is reported to accompany shilajit. Shilajit is just as safe for women as it is for men. It is extremely safe and there have been no known or documented cases of overdoes.

Family: Gramineae (Grass Family)
Medicinal use of Avena sativa- Wild Oats : Whilst used mainly as a food, oat grain does also have medicinal properties. In particular oats are a nutritious food that gently restores vigour after debilitating illnesses, helps lower cholesterol levels in the blood and also increases stamina. The seed is a mealy nutritive herb that is antispasmodic, cardiac, diuretic, emollient, nervine and stimulant. The seed contains the antitumor compound b-sitosterol and has been used as a folk remedy for tumours. A gruel made from the ground seed is used as a mild nutritious aliment in inflammatory cases, fevers and after parturition. It should be avoided in cases of dyspepsia accompanied with acidity of the stomach. A tincture of the ground seed in alcohol is useful as a nervine and uterine tonic. A decoction strained into a bath will help to soothe itchiness and eczema. A poultice made from the ground seeds is used in the treatment of eczema and dry skin. When consumed regularly, oat germ reduces blood cholesterol levels. Oat straw and the grain are prescribed to treat general debility and a wide range of nervous conditions. They are of particular value in helping a person to cope with the exhaustion that results from multiple sclerosis, chronic neurological pain and insomnia. Oats are thought to stimulate sufficient nervous energy to help relieve insomnia. An alcoholic extraction of oats has been reported to be a deterrent for smoking, though reports that oat extract helped correct the tobacco habit have been disproven. A tincture of the plant has been used as a nerve stimulant and to treat opium addiction. In an article riddled with errors, the Globe (February 28, 1984) reports that oat straw, usually taken as a tea, is a sexual nerve tonic.

Avena sativa plant is quickly becoming a popular natural alternative to pharmaceutical erection enhancers without the dangerous side effects. Also known as Oats Milky Seed or Wild Oats, Avena Sativa is used to stimulate both men and women quickly and effectively. In men it appears to be effective for treating impotence and premature ejaculation. In women it may increase sexual desire. It also contains compounds which are soothing to the brain and nervous system.

As a food, oats are known to be good for the heart because they keep blood fats under control. Oat Straw is used as a nervous system restorative and to strengthen a weakened constitution, as well as to treat genital herpes and shingles. The silicic acid in the herb is soothing on skin.

Edible parts of Avena sativa-Oats : Seed - cooked. The seed ripens in the latter half of summer and, when harvested and dried, can store for several years. It has a floury texture and a mild, somewhat creamy flavour. It can be used as a staple food crop in either savoury or sweet dishes. Used as a cereal, it is probably best known as the breakfast cereal porridge but it can also be used in many other ways. The seed can be sprouted and used in salads, the grain can also be ground into a flour and used in making biscuits, sourdough etc. It is fairly low in gluten, and so is not really suitable for making bread. The seed is an especially good food for convalescents and people with stomach problems. Oat flour produced in the dry-milling operation currently is used as an antioxidant in food products. Oat flour inhibits rancidity and increases the length of shelf-stability of fatty foods such as vegetable oils. Whilst cultivated oats average about 17% protein, scientists screening thousands of samples of cultivated and wild species found that the wild species averaged 27% with some forms ranging up to 37%. Oats are also one of the cereals used as a basic ingredient for making whisky. Oats are harvested when grain is in the hard dough stage and straw is slightly green (when the moisture content of the grain is 14% or less). If too ripe, shattering causes seed loss. Crop is usually cut with binder and left in the field until dry and then threshed. In mechanized societies, oats are combined directly from standing grain. For this type of harvesting, crop must be fully ripe, usually when the straw has lost greenness and glumes have become white. Crop may be combined from windrow, or cut with a header harvester when the crop is dead ripe. Seeds are threshed and cleaned by winnowing, and artificially dried to below 14% moisture for storage. The roasted seed is a coffee substitute. An edible oil is obtained from the seed, it is used in the manufacture of breakfast cereals.

Other uses of the Avena sativa : The straw has a wide range of uses such as for bio-mass, fibre, mulch, paper-making, building board and thatching. It has also been used as a stuffing material for mattresses and these are said to be of great benefit for sufferers from rheumatism. Some caution is advised in its use as a mulch since oat straw can infest strawberries with stem and bulb eelworm. Oat hulls are basic in production of furfural, a chemical intermediate in the production of many industrial products such as nylon, lubricating oils, butadiene, phenolic resin glues, and rubber tread compositions. Oats hulls supply about 22% of the required furfural raw materials. Rice hulls, corn cobs, bagasse, and beech woods make up much of the remainder. Oats hulls are also used in the manufacture of construction boards, cellulose pulp and as a filter in breweries. A handful of the grains, thrown into the bath water, will help to keep the skin soft because of their emollient action. An extract of oat straw prevents feeding by the striped cucumber beetle.

Herbal Testosterone Boosters

Buy Wild Oat Tea
Avena SativaWild Oat Straw doesn’t seem to boost testosterone, but may inhibit SHBG, which can free up bound testosterone. It is best stacked with other herbal boosting supplements to increase their effect since SHBG is a main way that testosterone gets inactivated in the body.

Avena Sativa is simply oat straw or the part of the plant that they throw away when they are done harvesting oat meal.  Avena Sativa does have a decent effect, which is to possibly increase free testosterone via SHBG bocking.  As a first attempt SHBG blocker, it was innovative 10 years ago, but today many better products have replaced it as the premier SHBG blocker like Stinging Nettle  Avena Sativa isn’t necessarily a  bad thing when taken as a supplement, it is just not that great of an ingredient for raising testosterone

Avena sativa seeds...Herbal viagra

Family :Poaceae
Common name : Oat
Other Common names: Groats, herb oats, oatgrass, oats, wild oats.
Habitat : Oat straw grows in moderate temperatures such as Northern Europe and Kashmir. It grows well in dry wastelands, cultivated ground and meadows alike. It is a hardy zone 2-type plant that can be grown in heavier soils although it normally prefers sandy or loamy soils. It requires good drainage but can grow in a high acid soil. It does require sun, and cannot grow in the shade. Oat straw tolerates drought well. Although it is widely distributed as a cereal crop it is just as often found in garden beds, or planted to prevent soil erosion. The fruit, seeds and straw are typically gathered in August.

Plant Description : The oat straw plant is an annual grass. It stands erect with a flat, rough, but elongated leaf. It has a golden seed shaped much like a spindle. It is in flower during June and July. The seeds ripen from August to October. The flowers have both male and female organs, and are pollinated by the wind.

Chemical Constituents: Saponins, alkaloids (trigonelline and avenine), a sterol, flavonoids, starch, protein (gluten), fats, minerals (including silica, iron, calcium, copper, magnesium, zinc), vitamin b

Plant Parts Used: Grain, straw, and seed. When the seed is harvested and dried – also in late summer – it can be stored for several years. It has a texture similar to flour and puts forth a mild, creamy flavor.

Medicinal use of wild Oats : Whilst used mainly as a food, wild oat grain does also have medicinal properties. In particular Wild Oats are a nutritious food that gently restores vigour after debilitating illnesses, helps lower cholesterol levels in the blood and also increases stamina. Wild Oats are thought to stimulate sufficient nervous energy to help relieve insomnia. An alcoholic extraction of Wild Oats has been reported to be a deterrent for smoking, though reports that oat extract helped correct the tobacco habit have been disproven. A tincture of the plant has been used as a nerve stimulant and to treat opium addiction.

Attention Deficit Disorder :
Avena sativa can alleviate symptoms of Ritalin withdrawal, as well as ease milder forms of adult depression with people who have this disorder. This herb has a medicinal action relative to opium, which explains its effectiveness in calming those who take it.

Eczema : When used in oatmeal baths, avena sativa may help in healing inflamed skin.

Nervousness and Menopause : As it gives balance to the nervous and hormonal systems, avena sativa reduces hot flashes, stabilizes blood sugar, eases symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, anxiety, insomnia and exhaustion. For premenstrual syndrome relief, this herb must be taken daily for two weeks out of the month.

Sex Drive : This herb has been linked to increased pleasure during sexual intercourse in men and women. The increased pleasure is due to more testosterone in the bloodstream. This hormone is a significant factor in maintaining a healthy sex drive.
Quit smoking :
It also is used to detoxify the body, reduce anxiety, decrease nicotine cravings, and improve sleep habits.

Dosage and Administration : Taken as an extract the typical dosage of oat straw is around 2-3 tsp to 1 cup of boiling water and then leave it for 10-15 minutes before drinking. As an alcohol tincture the typical dosage is 3-5 ml 3 times each day. For the use in the bathtub, make an infusion adding around 1 pound oat straw to 2 quarts boiling water and leave it for 30 minutes.

Side Effects and Possible Interactions of Oat Straw :
Eat whole grain oats as often as you can, however, be aware that the prepackaged, instant oatmeal mixes sold today have been stripped of the nutrient value and are filled with refined sugars. For oatstraw tea, it is best to ensure that it is organically grown. In selecting the dried herb for tea, choose seeds that are green to green-yellow, seeds are stronger medicinally than the stems.

Jammu and Kashmir Affectees Relief Fund Trust

The NIA says the Jammu and Kashmir Affectees Relief Fund Trust has in the last 10 years collected huge sums of money which has been diverted to Pakistan based militant groups.

Vicky Nanjappa reports
The killing of Indian soldiers at the LoC has once again brought up the issue of state sponsored terrorism by Pakistan. The Indian Home Ministry on Tuesday issued several statements relating to terror funding and infiltrations into India.

The National Investigation Agency is investigating ten cases related to funding of terrorist groups. They have found that in all Rs 600 crore has been pumped in for terror operations since the last two years through donations and relief funds. The organisation which has topped this list is the Jammu and Kashmir Affectees Relief Fund Trust.

J-K: Police busts Hizbul Mujahideen module    http://www.rediff.com/news/report/j-k-police-busts-hizbul-mujahideen-module/20130801.htm

NIA officials told rediff.com that during investigations they found the organisation alone had pumped in Rs 95 crore. The money was being collected under the pretext of relief work in the valley. The NIA has learnt that the group is headed by two Pakistani nationals Mahboob Haq and Masroor Dar, who subscribe to the Hizbul Mujahideen.

The NIA says the group has been working in the valley since the past 10 years and has collected huge sums of money which has been diverted to Pakistan based militant groups.
The money is either handed over in person to terrorists who infiltrate into the valley or is transferred through a hawala channel. Apart from providing finances, the JKART has also helped terrorists infiltrate into India. In the past 10 years they have helped over 1,000 terrorists to come into the valley.
An intercepted conversation between Dar and Syed Salahuddin blew the lid off the JKART’s activities. The NIA also took into custody an operative by the name of Shafi Shah, a resident of Bandipore in Kashmir. During interrogation the NIA learnt about its funding and other organisations that helped fund the operations.
Other than funds raise raised through donations, groups headquartered in Rawalpindi also pumped in funds through hawala channels.
Intelligence Bureau officials say that the terror funding takes place from three main branches in Pakistan located at Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Muzzafarabad. There are collection points in India at Pulwama, Kupwara, Sopore, Budgam, Doda, Baramula and Srinagar. These funds help run the India operations, controlled by nearly 40 outfits in Pakistan.
According to the Home Ministry, there are nearly 42 camps in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Kashmir exclusively for the purpose of fighting the Kashmir battle.Further the Home Ministry also says that there were 1,000 attempts of infiltration between 2010 and 2012. Out of this 95 were able to infiltrate into India.
While the problem of infiltrations continues, the latest report by the Intelligence Bureau would suggests that even during Tuesday’s attack some terrorists may have managed to slip in. “We have information about five terrorists who may have slipped when the troops on the Indian side were busy countering the problem. These persons who have slipped in belong to the Jaish-e-Mohammad and the Lashkar-e-Tayiba. This group is part of the Mujahideen regiment, which helped these terrorists sneak into India. This is separate from the Pakistan army and engages only terrorists in the Kashmir battle,” an IB officer said.

Himalayan Sage Kashmir

Sage Kashmir plant
Sage Kashmir  is an incredibly useful herb, widely considered to be perhaps the most valuable herb. World’s Healthiest Foods, “Its reputation as a panacea is even represented in its scientific name, Salvia officinalis, derived from the Latin word, salvere, which means ‘to be saved’.” It was used as a preservative for meat before the advent of refrigeration (eminently useful: you never know when you’ll be forced to hunt in the wild). Sage aids digestion, relieves cramps, reduces diarrhea, dries up phlegm, fights colds, reduces inflammation and swelling, acts as a salve for cuts and burns, and kills bacteria. Sage apparently even brings color back to gray hair. A definite concern when lost in the woods.
It is anti-flammatory, anti-oxidant, and antifungal. In fact, according to the noted resource

Time to move beyond mentality of beggar state to create a better state: Narendra Modi in J&K

Buy Medicinal plants
Glad that after my call for a debate on Article 370, it is being widely debated among people & across

Wounds of suffering caused to various communities in J&K are still fresh in our hearts. We need to talk about uniting instead of dividing. No one can ignore sufferings of the Kashmiri Pandits for so many years. We remain committed to working towards justice for the community. It is said about J&K- if there is heaven on earth, it is here. We all need to work to make J&K a heaven of peace, integration & diversit.

TV, social media. However, we need rational & focused debate not only on 370 but other issues relating to J&K, including suffering of sections of J&K society.

Stop Tendulkar praise, say Pakistani Taliban

The Pakistani Taliban have warned their country's media to stop praising Indian cricket legend
Cardiospermum halicacabum
Sachin Tendulkar.

The Pakistani Taliban have warned their country's media to stop praising Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, who retired this month after a glittering 24-year career.

A spokesman for the militants said Pakistanis should get behind their embattled captain Misbah-ul-Haq, even though he was a "substandard and low-level player".

Newspapers and TV stations across South Asia have been plastered with tributes to master batsman Tendulkar, who bowed out on November 16 as the world's leading run-scorer in both Test and one-day cricket.

Pakistan and India share one of the fiercest rivalries in world sport and the near-universal outpouring of praise for Tendulkar, the only man to score 100 international centuries, was a rare moment of agreement.

But Shahidullah Shahid, the main spokesman for the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) said it was time for Pakistanis to shut up about the "Little Master".

"There is an Indian cricket player called Tendulkar. He has been exceedingly praised by Pakistani media and also praised by a lot of Pakistanis," Shahid said in a video message, flanked by two masked men with AK-47s.

"Now someone should tell Pakistani media and other Pakistanis that no matter how good Tendulkar is, they should not praise him, it is against Pakistani nationalism and against loyalty to the country."

Misbah regularly comes under fire for his conservative tactics as captain and sedate batting style, which has earned him the nickname "Tuk-tuk".

Shahid told media to rein in their criticism -- though he scarcely gave a ringing endorsement of Misbah's leadership.

"No matter that Misbah-ul-Haq is a substandard and low-level player, Pakistani media should praise him because he is a Pakistani," Shahid said in the video published online at the weekend.

Shahid on Thursday confirmed the authenticity of the video to AFP by telephone from an undisclosed location. (AFP)

After seeing patients in pampore free of cost dr s jalal came out of his home to go to srinagar to see patients there free of cost. It was a hot day and fasting month. Everyone was tired and sleeping but dr jalal came out to see the patients waiting for him at srinagar who had come from far flung areas. Molvi Bilal was hiding before a wall and when dr jalal was near him he came out and showered 60 bullets. All the people on the road were stunned and then molvi bilal sat in a sumo and left . In the pious month of ramzan he killed an innocent doctor who was on his way to see poor patients..

Hazelnuts- Corylus avellana for sale

Health Benefits

Hazelnuts for your Health: A handful of hazelnuts can do you good!
  • Hazelnuts are heart-healthy. Consuming just 1.5 ounces of hazelnuts per day may help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, according to the USDA.
  • Hazelnuts rank #1 among tree nuts in folate content. This translates into a decreased risk of neural tube birth defects and may help to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and depression

DASH Recommendations

The National Heart Lung and Blood Institute, in cooperation with the National Institutes of Health, developed the DASH diet -- Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. This eating plan provides guidelines for long-term dietary changes to help lower your blood pressure. The DASH diet recommends limiting your sodium intake to less than 2,300 milligrams per day and encourages those with high blood pressure to reduce intake to less than 1,500 milligrams per day. The DASH diet encourages increasing your intake of minerals that help lower blood pressure, like potassium, magnesium and calcium. An important factor in lowering your blood pressure is following a low-fat diet, but not all fats are created equal. Saturated fat contributes to the buildup of plaque in the arteries that leads to high blood pressure. For this reason DASH recommends saturated fat account for no more than 6 percent of your total calories while total fat should account for no more than 27 percent of your calories. Although nuts serve as a good source of these heart-healthy nutrients, you should eat only handful a day to stay within your daily fat limits.

  • Approximately 1 in 3 adults in the U.S. have high blood pressure, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Hypertension can lead to heart disease, the leading cause of death in the U.S.. For this reason, it is important to make lifestyle changes to lower your blood pressure, including following a diet low in saturated fat, low in sodium and high in potassium, magnesium and fiber. Nuts serve as a good source of potassium, magnesium, fiber and healthy fats, making them a part of a heart-healthy diet.

  • Almonds

Originally cultivated in China and Central Asia, California now produces 80 percent of the world’s supply of almonds. When trying to lower your blood pressure eat unsalted almonds that naturally contain no sodium. Almonds provide 20 percent of the recommended magnesium levels, with 76 milligrams in a 1-ounce serving. The same serving contains 200 milligrams of potassium and 4 grams of fiber. Almonds also qualify as a low saturated fat food, with only 1 gram of saturated fat per serving.

    Hazelnuts

Hazelnuts, also known as filberts or cobnuts, also originated in Asia but Turkey, Italy, Spain and the U.S. now produce the majority of hazelnuts in the world as reported by The International Tree Nut Council Nutrition Research & Education Foundation. Hazelnuts have a higher total fat content than the other nuts with 17 grams in 1 ounce, but only 1.5 grams is saturated fat. A 1-ounce serving of hazelnuts contains 46 milligrams of magnesium, 193 milligrams of potassium and 3 grams of fiber.
