Mr. V.T. Rajshekar not allowed to enter Kashmir

Mr. V.T. Rajshekar

Guns can never silence Kashmiri craving for Azadi : Anti-Muslim policy destroys very fabric of India: V.T Rajshekar

Bangalore : Guns alone cannot suppress any people fighting for self-determination and liberation. This is the lesson of history and applies to all human rights struggles and particularly Kashmir, where we have been seeing the ugliest and the most barbaric face of Brahminism killing innocent Kashmiri youths. Whether it is the Congress or the Brahmana Jati Party (BJP), any govt. sitting in Delhi has only one answer to the Kashmiri aspirations for Azadi. Bullets. Change of govt. brings no change in policy because the man in the driver’s seat is the same hate-mongering Vaidik Brahmin.

Kashmiri Muslims fighting for Azadi were all Brahmins (Pundits) till recently but they revolted against this violent cult and sought liberation under Islam. The Brahminists who usurped the Delhi throne through a deep-rooted conspiracy of the Jews and “Jews of India” with the help of the cunning Gujarati Bania, M.K. Gandhi, have launched a reign of terror on every section of the Indian society whose suppressed voice is heard only through DV, the Voice of the Persecuted Nationalities Denied Human Rights.

The Editor of DV was invited by the Azadi leaders to visit Kashmir but was not allowed by the Brahminist leaders.

Those interested in knowing the roots of the Kashmir problem and facts of the Brahminical reign of terror may order a photocopy of the book, The Challenge in Kashmir (1997) by Dr. Sumantra Bose, himself an upper caste Bengali Baidya but a distinguished Western-educated historian (pp.210, Rs. 150).

Pakistan accepts plebiscite: The then Dogra ruler of Kashmir, Hari Singh, might have “acceded” to India but it was strictly conditional on a “reference to the people” of Kashmir — meaning plebiscite. The Kashmiri Brahmin, the first PM of India, J.L. Nehru, on Nov.2, 1947 declared his govt. “pledge” to “hold a referendum under international auspices (read UN) to determine the wishes of the people. He repeated this “pledge” many times.

Pakistan also accepted the plebiscite solution. Accordingly the UN passed a resolution accepting plebiscite.

But the Brahminist rulers never believed in keeping up any commitment. Their argument is:

(1) Pakistani forces failed to vacate portions under their control (a pre-condition under the UN resolution for plebiscite), (2) Kashmir’s lawful ruler acceded to India.

If both the above arguments are acceptable, says Dr. Bose, why did Nehru commit India for plebiscite despite the legality of Kashmiri rulers accession to India?

(3) Brahminist rulers often shout that Kashmir is our integral part of India. Fine. This opinion, they say, is based on the repeated elections held in Kashmir where its “democratically elected representatives have repeatedly and freely ratified the moral and legal validity of accession to India in free election”.

Bogus claim: The UN, however, still stands by plebiscite. Even the US Govt. till very recently, maintained that “Kashmir is a disputed territory”.

Rigged elections: Indian rulers say pro-India elements have always won in different state elections and the people of Kashmir have voted for staying with India. Accepted. “Then why the Brahminists are opposing plebiscite?”, ask the Kashmiri people. Simple. The elections are totally rigged to promote anti-people Brahminical cockroaches. That the Kashmir people through their MLAs have voted to remain in India is a total bogus claim. This is proved in the recent uprising which could not be controlled even by the brute force launched by the Tamil Chettiar killing scores of young Kashmiris.

We had been to Kashmir and met its revolutionary leaders like Jalil Andrabi, a prominent human rights lawyer from Kashmir, who was brutally killed in Srinagar in 1996.
The “unanimous opinion” of the Kashmiris is they are not fighting and dying to join Pakistan. They want only Azadi, self-determination. That is all.

Toilet papers admission: Brahminist rulers may send brute force to crush the Kashmir struggle for Azadi but it can never win the hearts of Kashmiris. Brahminical toilet papers themselves have admitted this. Corrupt and discredited politicians like Farooq Abdullah and his son Omar with no roots in the soil of Kashmir are intensely hated people. The latest revolt is also against these “foreign imposters”.
The Kashmiri Brahmin micro-minority well-entrenched in Delhi is manipulating the current “war” against Azadi with the aid of the Brahminists in RAW and IB but they will never succeed.

Constitution itself destroyed: The Brahminical rulers have throughout used brute force with the support of their Jewish cousins not only to suppress Kashmiris but also ride rough-shod on the aspirations of all the nationalities fighting for human rights. These persecuted nationalities include Dalits 20%, Tribals 10%, Muslims 15%, Christian and Sikhs (5%), Backward Castes 35%. All these nationalities are not even able to breath freely. They have been repressed, rebuffed and denied recognition. Brahminists did this by destroying the very constitution of India, bending the judiciary, media, and suppressing all human rights struggles. “National” toilet papers fully aided and abetted the destruction of the constitution. This is the only cause of India’s free fall. With over 85% of the Indian population of 1,300 million suppressed, their human rights mutilated how can the Brahminists ever allow the country to rise, socially, culturally and economically?

PM’s wrong diagnosis: Our “Khatri Sick” PM thinks Kashmir is an economic problem. Nonsense. Kashmiri youths are fighting and dying not for “jobs”. The PM is consciously adding insult to injury by ridiculing the Kashmiri youth who are dying for Azadi.

We are happy that the tumultuous events of July and August 2010 have drowned the two Abdullah cockroaches and brought to the fore the villain-turned overnight hero, Syed Ali Shah Geelani (81) who declared that Kashmir is a disputed territory. Brahminists admitted his “genuine leadership”.
Withdraw the Army, lift curfew, hold plebiscite in Kashmir as desired by the people and the UN and accept the verdict. That is the only solution.

Brahminists don’t love India: There will never be peace in India as long as Kashmir continues to boil. With Indian army committed to Kashmir, it will be a drag on the Indian economy. Nothing grows in Kashmir except apples. It is more a liability. China has already taken over the development of Azad Kashmir. Impoverished India with its rag-tag army will have no courage to face the nuclear-armed Pakistan supported by both China and also USA. The only reason the rulers are holding on to Kashmir at the cost of the country is to rouse the ‘majority Hindus” against “minority” Muslims. But in the process the Brahminists are only destroying India. But “whose father’s what goes?” Brahminists have already said they don’t belong to India and hence don’t love India. As the Bahujans have been mentally crushed and made voiceless, the rulers may temporarily ride the waves with the Kalmadis looting the crores. But how long this can continue?

About the author : Mr. V.T Rajshekar considered by revolutionary Muslims as an authority on their problems though he is not a muslim. His English fortnightly, Dalit Voice, is hailed  as a better Muslim paper than  many other Muslim journals. It has a million of leadership among Muslims in and outside India. Dalit voice was released in 1981 by India’s most famous Muslim scholar, Maulana Abul Hassan Ali Nadvi (Ali Miyan). Dalit Sahitya Akademy has published a number of books on Muslims. Indian troops martyr 14 more innocent youth

Srinagar, September 07:  The Indian authorities in have imposed strict curfew and other restrictions in Srinagar and other cities and towns following the killing of 14 innocent civilians in police firing at Palhalan in Pattan and other parts of Kashmir, yesterday. The four civilians including two teenagers were martyred and over a dozen others injured when the personnel of Indian police opened indiscriminate firing on protesters at Butt Mohalla in Palhalan.

Veteran Kashmiri writer and freedom fighter, Hilal Ahmad War, who has been placed under house arrest in Srinagar by the occupation authorities, in a statement strongly denounced the civilian killings in Palhalan. He said that India could not suppress Kashmiris’ liberation struggle through such tactics. The veteran leader called for a complete shutdown, tomorrow, to protest against the killings and appealed the people to observe the day as Prisoners’ Day.

The APHC Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi, Professor Nazir Ahmed Shawl, Farida Bahenji and other pro-movement leaders and organisations in their separate statements termed the killing of four civilians in Pattan as the worst form of Indian state terrorism.

On the other hand, Indian troops, during their fresh siege and search operation, martyred 14 more innocent Kashmiri youth in Nowshera area of Gurez. Earlier, two troopers were killed in an attack in the same area. (Writer-South Asia)

‘Youths have given fresh lease of life to movement’ WAR QUESTIONS MIRWAIZ’S ‘UNITY’ MOVE

Srinagar, Sep 06: PPP Chairman Engineer Hilal Ahmed War has questioned Hurriyat (M) Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq’s hollow unity initiative terming it as mere political stunt. War said that Kashmiris who are laying down their lives for the attainment of right to self-determination cannot be fooled by such gimmicks. “More than sixty youths have been martyred by police and paramilitary for raising their voice against Indian occupation and nobody would be allowed to play with their blood,” said War adding “I think Mirwaiz hasn’t done enough homework or else it is some foreign idea which Mirwaiz wants to experiment.” War said that unity shouldn’t be restricted to three people offering Eid namaaz. “Such trinity shows can’t be used to hoodwink the masses.  These are mere photo-ops and the pro-freedom leadership needs to be more practical,” said War.

“It is beyond me why Mirwaiz called All Parties Meeting at Mirwaiz Manzil Rajouri Kadal in the month of June if his definition of unity is bringing just two more people in confidence. Confining the effort to three  people and barring other pro-freedom parties and genuine resistance forces is highly questionsable,” said War.

He said that the resistance movement has reached the decisive phase and the Kashmiri youths are doing a commendable job by taking it out from mosques and shrines by reaching out to the world through all possible means. “From internet resistance to street resistance, Kashmiri youths have given a fresh lease of life to the movement spilling their blood for the attainment of the right to
self-determination,” said Er Hilal War.

He said Mirwaiz needs to refrain from such futile, childish exercises and try to understand the dynamics of Kashmir issue.

Death toll 79 : 4 more innocent youth martyred in occupied Kashmir

Srinagar, Sep. 06 :  Indian troops and police personnel in their fresh acts of state terrorism martyred four more innocent Kashmiri youth in Kupwara and Pattan areas.

The troops martyred three youth at Afroda in Handwara area of Kupwara during a siege and search operation, which continued till last reports came in. A 15-year-old boy was martyred when the police personnel fired on a group of youth at Palhalan in Pattan.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a statement issued in Srinagar urged India to release all the illegally detained innocent Kashmiris before Eid-ul Fitr. He appealed to the world human rights organisations to send their teams to take cognisance of the miserable plight of the detainees at different jails in and outside the territory.

Senior Hurriyet leaders, Syed Ali Gilani and Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi, in their separate statements in Srinagar strongly condemning the recent suicide attacks in Pakistan expressed deep grief and shock at the loss of life in these attacks and sympathy with the families of the victims. They said that the suicide bombings were the handiwork of the forces that wanted to destabilize the country.

The Chairman of JKLF-R, Farooq Ahmed Dar, in his statement said that India would not be able to suppress Kashmiris’ liberation struggle by resorting to brute force.

A delegation of Al-Ghani Welfare Educational Trust visited different hospitals in Srinagar and enquired about the health of the people who were injured by Indian police and troops during the ongoing uprising in the territory.

Iran army official: Reconciliation plan is a hypocrisy for nations

TEHRAN, August 4: An Iranian senior army official warned reconciliation plan between Palestine and Zionist regime seeks an after-shock in the World of Islam and Palestine, reports ISNA.

"Reconciliation plan is a superficial action to deceive nations and it is a psychological operation launched by the US and Israel," Iran's Armed Forces Joint Chiefs of Staff Major General Hassan Firouzabadi told ISNA.

"The US is seeking Zionists' goals through raising the subject of reconciliation plan, so it can be said to be nothing new," he said.

"Zionists have been after confronting Islam, Islamic Ummah and the Islamic World since occupation of Palestinian lands, they expelled Palestinians from their homes to make a country for themselves."

He then added, "Quds Day protest rally sends the signal that the issue of Palestine is the world's primary subjecct."

"It also represents the message that human rights in Palestine are totally violated, Palestinian men, women, youth and children are killed and their homes have been destroyed."

"Today, Zionist regime is a fake one whose leaders admitted that it will be annihilated," he continued.

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and Zionist regime's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met in Washington on September 2 with the US Secretary State Hillary Rodham Clinton also present.

India ignoring ground realities, warned the government not to force Kashmiri youth to become Fidayeens

Srinagar, August 4: The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, Friday warned the government not to force Kashmiri youth to become Fidayeens (suicide bombers), by responding to the peaceful protests with bullets. The Front chairman urged Kashmiris to keep the ongoing protests peaceful.

“I want to tell New Delhi and political leaders of India that they should not compel Kashmiri youth to become Fidayeens. The whole Kashmir is out on the roads, protesting peacefully, seeking right to choose their destiny. I urge the government of and world community that without wasting anytime start working for resolution of Kashmir. (But) they should keep one thing in mind that Kashmir will not be solved unless the aspirations of the people are kept in mind,” Malik told the Friday congregation here.

Terming youth as “leaders and soldiers” of the movement, Malik asked them to keep the ongoing movement peaceful. “A peaceful movement will be poisonous for India. Peaceful revolution is powerful than atom bomb. They have overthrown many governments in the past,” he said.

He said the ongoing movement in Kashmir witnessed a transitional shift from gun to peaceful protests. “India would always bring it up as an excuse that for talks it was necessary that the Kashmiri youth should give up their gun. Our movement witnessed a transition to peaceful protests. But India continues to crush our peaceful struggle with force and bullets,” he said.

Referring to the peaceful protests going on for the past three months, Malik said the state government has caged the people in their houses by clamping down frequent curfews and restrictions.

“Teenagers are being killed with bullets and beaten to death in police stations. They are accused of burning down the police stations and damaging government vehicles. Our youth are being targeted for taking over the reins of the ongoing movement from their elders. Sixty-five Kashmiris particularly teenagers and youth were killed during the past three months,” Malik said. “Even my house was targeted. My two relatives (nephew and maternal cousin) became the target of state violence. Our youth are out on the roads to talk about right to self determination but he is meted with bullets and lathis.”

He termed Kashmir youth as the “leader and the solider” of the ongoing movement. “He is the one who receive bullet on his chest and gives blood to the movement. He is the leader of the movement going on this time on the roads and streets of Kashmir,” Malik said.

He asked families of the persons killed during the past three months to get the cases of their dear ones registered in the police stations.(Writer-South Asia)

Kashmir protests spontaneous, peaceful: Agnivesh

By Johan Simith
Srinagar,  August 3: Terming protests in Kashmir as spontaneous and peaceful, Swami Agnivesh, a renowned social activist of India, who headed five-member delegation to Valley, said he will tell Indian people that Kashmiris especially youth are no longer enamored by Pakistan and that time is ripe for India to initiate a fruitful dialogue to resolve the Kashmir problem.

"For the first time I am gladdened that my visit is going to bear the fruit. My impression which I would like to share with the people in New Delhi is that Kashmiris especially the youth are no longer in love with Pakistan. This is a big message for India and its people," Swami Agnivesh told Rising Kashmir in an interview here.

Asserting that people of Kashmir are talking in clear terms, he said, "If somebody in New Delhi accuses them of hobnobbing with Pakistan, they feel hurt. They are not carrying out the protests at the behest of Pakistan. Leadership in Delhi should stop even loosely alleging that protests in Kashmir are being sponsored by Pakistan".

He admitted that the protests in Kashmir are spontaneous and largely peaceful. "The protests will be peaceful if there will be no provocation from CRPF or troopers," Swami said.

Stating that presence of military and paramilitary forces should be reduced in Kashmir, he said, "Police should take charge of law and order situation. I also feel a humane touch is needed to deal with the situation. I would seek an appointment with Prime Minister, Home Minister and Rahul Gandhi after my return to New Delhi and will brief them about the present situation in Kashmir".

Asked why he is bringing in Rahul Gandhi, Swami said, "He represents a new power centre. After the Nimgiri and Vedanta episodes, he is definitely emerging as a new centre of power. I also believe that he has the blood of Kashmiriyat in his veins and am sure that he has the charisma to attract the Kashmiri youth for dialogue".

Asked if New Delhi is ready to initiate dialogue over Kashmir, he said, "I feel the dialogue cannot be a single channel, where the government talks only to separatists. There has to be an in-depth dialogue with people that matter especially the youth of Kashmir. There should be dialogue between civil society here and there and for this reason we have resolved to start peoples’ initiative on Kashmir. This will be an ongoing process. Our visit would be followed by more and more such visits".

Elaborating on different channels of communication, Swami said, "We would like to open a channel thorough civil society. Then another channel is the Government channel and the constitutional experts should also open the channel. Talks should be held through different channels because long term solution is required".

Asked what according to him would be the best solution of the issue, he said he does not know it but a feasible solution to Kashmir problem has to be found. "Lot of water has flown down Jehlum since 1947 or since the signing of Instrument of Accession. A panel of constitutional experts is needed to arrive at a modern and feasible solution to the Kashmir issue," he said.

Asked whether he favours solution within ambit of Indian constitution, Swami said, "Whatever it is the solution should be found. I have got the copies of "Achievable Nationhood" and autonomy report adopted by State Assembly. I wonder why these valuable documents were not debated or discussed. The Autonomy report was adopted by a democratically elected Assembly and put forward to Prime Minister but they ignored it. I want to say that you should not ascribe motives to it (autonomy report) without studying it. The autonomy report should not be interpreted as secession. This type of mindset should not lead us to anywhere".

He said it is the ripe time to initiate a fruitful dialogue to resolve the Kashmir problem.

Swami disclosed that he has been invited to visit Kashmir again on the eve of Eid by Hurriyat (M) chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq. "I feel honoured by such an invitation".

"A heart-to-heart dialogue rather than a dialogue with vicious mindset is required. I would also like to appeal my BJP friends don’t try to create more misunderstanding over Kashmir", he said adding there are chances that the people of Pakistan administered Kashmir (PaK) might also like to join hands with mainstream politicians of Jammu and Kashmir.

Meanwhile,Admiral (Retd) L Ramdas, who accompanied the visiting team of Indian Civil Society, is of the view that people of Kashmir no longer want Pakistan but Azadi.

Talking to Rising Kashmir, Ramdas said, "We don’t like the phrase seperatists. They are the leaders with a view. We met a spectrum of these leaders. Though all of them have their views, but the basic underlying fact across the spectrum is that they want what they call Azadi."

He said, "Even when we met Geelani, he did not mention the word Pakistan during the entire interview. So I think there is a visible change. This is really a golden opportunity.Templates are ready there with GoI, from where they can pick up and start talking."

Stating that systems and the people have changed in Kashmir, Ramdas replied that in Kashmir the youth are in charge and India needs to engage them, when asked if Inadi can break the bread with the Kashmiri youth.

On the perception in Kashmir that India is never serious, he said, "I can understand there is a feeling of helplessness. But I hope people there (India) are serious. If you want to lead, you need to lead by example. You can’t expect people to simply follow you."

On the question of repealing AFSPA, Ramdas revealed that Centre is mulling to do away with this law.

"Now even Home Minister has given you an open charter to come forward for talks. I think you (Kashmiri leadership) should share their thoughts (over AFSPA) when you meet him. I think it is important to cash in on this offer and tell your point straight."

During their stay in valley, Swami Agnivesh along with other members of the team, including Ramdas, Mohini Giri, Dominic Emmaneul, Mazhar Hussain, Nusrat Andrabi, Tasnim Akhtar and former chairman of Public Service Commission Mohammad Shafi Pandit, interacted with a cross-section of people, including separatist leaders Syed Ali Geelani and Mirwaiz Umar Farooq.
